Established IBM's first Internet Consulting Practice in the 90's and created IBM's offshore Global IT Resource Outsourcing initiative which now numbers over 70,000 people in India, China, Latin America and Eastern Europe serving IBM clients around the world. Managed hundreds of software development projects and dozens of datacenters to deliver sales force automation and customer relationship management tools for worldwide IBM sales and customer support. Implemented and managed IBM's office automation system for electronic communication in the 80's for 200,000 employees which pre-dated today's email.
